By commissioning me, you agree to the terms detailed in this document.What am I offering?
Artwork drawn traditionally and colored digitally of your original character(s). The artwork will be sent as a .png file. You will not receive a physical product (unless you order an ACEO), but I will be looking at shipping artwork in the future.What will I and won't I be willing to draw?
I will draw your original characters. I will not draw fan art or celebrities. However, I will draw your character if they exist in a world such as a tabletop role playing game or an online game. I am also open to drawing your friends or family in my style.Payment Method:
Currently, I take payments through Ko-fi and PayPal.Cancellation and Refunds:
If I have started working on the commissioned artwork, the client is not allowed a refund.Revisions:
My process typically proceeds as follows: sketch, drawing, inks, and ink wash or digital painting. As I work on your commission, I will check in with you after the sketch and drawing for any revisions you may request before I start inking.Permissions of the Commissioner:
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any of your social platforms.
You may not make profits from the commissioned artwork. The artwork is for non-profit personal use only.
You may not claim the artwork as your own. You may not make any alterations to the artwork (unless it's for a profile picture or banner).
You may not remove the artist's signature.Permissions of the Artist:
I have the right to deny any commission request for any reason.
I may share the artwork in my portfolio and on any online platform if I choose to do so unless the commissioner requests that the artwork remain private.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. I will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.How long will a commissioner need to wait for the completed artwork?
Commissions are worked on in the order that they're received.
Depending on the type of order and its position in the queue, the artwork may take a few days to a couple of weeks to complete.
Please keep in mind that delays may occur due to health or life events.
